  • Why should I book directly with StayYindee?
    You can get the best rate guarantee if you book directly with us. Normally you will get 10-30% extra discount from the online rate based on the cancellation policy you choose. Booking directly with us also prevents errors that could occur between booking hub website.
  • What is check-in and check-out time?
    Check-in time is between 14:00 - 22:00 (UTC+07:00). Late check-in is possible with advance notice only, which will incur 50 THB/bed or 100 THB/room late check-in fees/bed. We recommend to stop by and drop off your luggage if your flight/bus arrives early. You can relax in our common area and you’ll get into the room once-daily cleaning is completed. Check-out time is between 07:00-11:00 (UTC+07:00). Early check-out is possible with advance notice to the reception before 20:00 (UTC+07:00) the night before, to get your deposit back.
  • Is it possible to leave my luggage days before/after check-in/out?
    Yes, guests can drop their luggage for 3 days before check-in or after check-out date. *Please note that we charge 100THB per bag per day when duration exceed 3 days.*
  • Can I bring my kids?
    Kids that are 4 years or older are allowed to stay in private and family room. *Please note that kids that are 8 years or older will be charged as an adult.*
  • How is the safety of the hostel?
    Our premises are under 24-hours CCTV surveillance. Rooms are only accessible by guests and staff. In case of emergency, our staff is contactable through a 24-hours hotline. *Please note that we don’t allow outside visitors, fail to do so will result in 5,000 thb fine* Also, the hostel reserves the right to report trespassers to the police.
  • Parking availibity?
    Guests can park their car in the parking lots in front of the property.
  • Is there a curfew?
    We don't have a curfew but please lower your voice after 22:00 to respect other guests.
  • Do you have non-smoking rooms?
    We are smoking-free property. Smoking in the room or inside the property is not allowed. Fail to do so will result in 2000thb fine. Guest can smoke in a designate area such rooftop area or 1st floor outside the lobby.
  • Is there an elevator/ lift?
    Unfortunately, we don't have elevator but exercise is good for you health.
  • Are soaps, toothbrushes, and towels provided?"
    We provide our guest with towel, Toiletries (shampoo and body soap). Toothbrushes are available for purchase.
